London, February 8 2010 - Siemens Enterprise Communications announces a new commercial initiative to help resellers drive revenue generation in 2010 with the launch of Xpressions Compact bundle – a very competitively-priced HiPath 3000 and integrated voicemail bundle for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), especially those under 60 users.
The new Xpressions Compact bundle comprises HiPath 3000 (33xx, 35xx), a market-leading product with Xpressions Compact voicemail, offered at a aggressive 50% discount, enabling resellers to build sales momentum while retaining cash in their business.
The promotion, which runs from February 8 to April 30, is being operated through SEN Group distributors Sphinx, WestCon, and Nimans Group (Nimans and Rocom). It has the potential to be extended if market demand, as expected, is strong.
By offering the promotion, resellers will help ‘kick start’ end user investment in communications as the UK is showing the first signs of recovery. Britain’s economy registered 0.1 per cent growth for the third quarter of 2009 but many observers fear a double dip recession as business continues to experience slow demand and tight monetary conditions. By choosing the Xpressions Compact bundle, SMBs can establish a highly professional and flexible platform for their business, enhance service capabilities and reap the benefits in a short period of time.
Mark Casey, Managing Director of GoForward! partner Marcom, says: “The bundle proposition directly addresses the price pressures in today’s economic climate. This will enable us to unlock our pipeline opportunities where price is more of a determining factor. At present, many businesses are only receiving very small returns of around two per cent on their cash and investing that capital into a communications platform will give them a much better return in terms of net profits. This model will help customers that don’t otherwise have the capital to purchase a new system or are not eligible for leasing facilities, to review their options in view of the significant reductions available.”
Leon Mangan, UK Sales Director, Indirect Channel, Siemens Enterprise Communications, comments: “We have launched the Xpressions Compact promotion as resellers need innovative ways to help their customers ‘kick start’ customer sales. It is the latest innovation in our successful GoForward! partner programme, where our distributors and reseller partners are benefiting from our commercial and service innovations. Many small firms’ ability to invest in better communications systems is being held back by the current economic uncertainty and this bundle’s combination of very attractive pricing and leading edge equipment will help tip the balance for investment.”
