XLN Telecom Named Finalist in National Business Awards 2009

Published 7th September 2009

XLN Telecom – the UK’s leading telecoms company serving the small business community – is pleased to announce it has been named a finalist in the “Customer Focus Award” category for the National Business Awards 2009.

The National Business Awards is the UK’s premier, cross-industry awards programme, where any company regardless of size or industry sector can enter. XLN Telecom has been selected as a finalist for the “Customer Focus Award” which is presented to the organisation that can best demonstrate that it truly has the customer at the heart of its business and deploys and manages its resources to most effectively meet the needs of its entire customer base.

Anthony Karibian, CEO of XLN Telecom, commented:
“We are delighted to have received this nomination. In an industry which has historically suffered from poor customer service perceptions and high levels of churn, we have strived hard to introduce systems and processes that allow us to rival the best in customer service from any industry – not just telecoms. We are therefore delighted to have been selected as one of only ten finalists for this Award.”

Together with XLN Telecom, nine other companies will now present their businesses to a Panel of leading judges, the overall winner being announced on the 10th of November 2009 in London.
