Webcredible, the user experience consultancy, today announced its appointment by global hostel network, Hostelling International for a usability testing project on its website. The project is designed to help improve the user experience of the site as part of Hostelling International’s commitment to develop it in line with the needs and requirements of its users.
Hostelling International is the brand name of youth hostel associations in over 80 countries, operating 4,000+ hostels. The hihostels.com website allows users to book hostel accommodation all over the world online and the project is designed to increase the usability of the transactional site and boost sales.
Webcredible’s usability testing project will consist of 12 participants performing various tasks throughout the website. Analysis and recommendations will then be communicated to Hostelling International, based on the results.
