TOYS ‘R’ US SETS ITS SIGHT ON THE FUTURE WITH HYBRIS E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

London – 14 January 2009. hybris, www.hybris.com, a leading multi-channel commerce and communication software vendor, announced today that Toys ‘R’ Us, Britain's biggest Family Leisure, Baby Care and Toy Retailer, has successfully implemented the hybris Commerce Suite as part of its ongoing commitment to offer its customers a fun and convenient way to shop online.

Founded in the UK in 1985, Toys ‘R’ Us was the first national retailer to launch an e-Commerce solution in 1996. The launch of the new website, underpinned by the hybris e-Commerce platform, marks the fourth version of www.toysrus.co.uk, since its inception.
