Paris – 19 March 2008 – LogNet Systems, the next-generation e-billing and customer self-service solutions provider, today announced its expansion in EMEA.
“Given our successful experience in Israel servicing leading companies, we have made the strategic decision to expand our operations throughout Europe,” said Taly Eshel, CEO of LogNet. “In such a competitive market, leading organisations need to develop strong differentiators to stay ahead of the game. LogNet offers companies the ability to enhance their customer relationships through innovative services that save money”.
Aside from online billing, marketing and customer care strategic functionalities, Account Manager Suite’s (AMS) strong differentiator is its advanced and dynamic analysis features that it provides an organisation’s corporate customers. This includes even the most complex environments found in multi-national companies with multiple sites, accounts, currencies and languages that need to be managed. Business customers need to better understand trends in spending and must be able to adapt their plans to their needs based upon clear and accurate reporting. Customer account analysis is also made available to organisations’ marketing teams in order to allow them to run highly targeted campaigns.
