6th June 2007 - New partnerships and increased business within MENAL (Middle East and North Africa & Levant) region...
Skywire Software, a privately-held enterprise software company, which recently acquired Docucorp International, a leading provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, has extended its global reach following the signing of a number of strategic partnerships in the Middle East, North Africa & Levant (MENAL) region. This in turn has led to a significant increase in business opportunities.
The company has signed partnership agreements with Intercom Enterprises for the Egyptian & North African markets, and with BPS, which operates in the Levant region, primarily covering Jordan, Lebanon and Cyprus. In addition, conversations are at an advanced stage for partnerships within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the wider Gulf region.
Skywire Software is one of the largest software and services providers delivering best-in-class technology to the insurance, health care and financial services industries. This announcement confirms the company’s traction and aggressive growth plans for MENAL.
Patrick Brandt, president & CEO, Skywire Software, said: “Skywire Software will capitalise on the strengths that these relationships give us in the region, enabling us to bring to market technology that will help companies integrate processes, people and information.”
Skywire provides its partners with one of the most comprehensive sets of integrated education, marketing, sales, software and service offerings, including enterprise-wide customer communication management solutions and business applications, such as business intelligence, data movement, rating, rules and underwriting.
Waleed Sultan, CEO Intercom Enterprises, said: “We actively went to market to select a specialist partner with a proven record and satisfied customers for the rapidly growing CCM marketplace. Our partnership with Skywire has resulted in more satisfied customers, and a strong ongoing opportunity pipeline. We are looking forward to another successful year ahead.”
Negib AbuHabib, CEO BPS sarl, said: “Both BPS and Skywire have worked very hard to execute a joint business plan. For example, we recently ran 2 customer communication management seminars in Jordan and these were attended by nearly 20 of the Top banks and insurance companies. We have very high expectations of our business partners and Skywire have supported us very well. Together we have rapidly built up a very promising pipeline.”
